Adventure Learning

We have started a thing in room1. Because we are going to have a show for the peace child. for that we had to learn 10 songs. That is way we have adventure learning. Adventure learning is when you can learn about anything that you want. I wanted to learn about html,css and more. some people want to learn about lego. My teacher wants to learn about golf, and making an app too.
Others want to learn about Rugby and other stuff. It is what they want.

    This is a very cool post, Peter. It is very cool that you are interested in html, and css, and it is so cool that you get do this at your school.

    Did you know that there is a project a lot like this, called Genius Hour? In this project, the person gets to choose what they want to learn about, and then they need to show what they learned.

    Like your teacher, I also want to learn how to make an app. I think that it is a cool way to make a living, and see how the public likes the person’s app.

    Now, I would like to ask you a question!

    Hello Peter,
    My name is Mayan and I go to The Phoenix School in Salem, Massachusetts in the USA. I liked reading your post about adventure learning because I like the idea of everyone getting to learn about what they were interested in. Last year my school did a project like that called Genius Hour. It was pretty similar because we got to choose a topic that we found interesting and then make a presentation about it. It was really hard for me because I kept changing topics and at the end I decided to made something with food. I like cooking so I tried to work that into my presentation. Overall I really like your post about adventure learning because I liked doing a similar project so much.
